What is included in your standard cleaning?

We dust and disinfect all high-traffic areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms, vacuum upholstery and furniture, sweep and mop floors, and much more to leave your home sparkling clean. For more details, visit here.

How long does a standard cleaning take?

Cleaning time varies depending on your home’s size and the type of service (Standard, Deep Cleaning, or Move In/Out). Typically, a Standard Cleaning takes about 3–5 hours, a Deep Cleaning about 6–8 hours, and a Move In/Out Cleaning around 8–10 hours.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be present. That said, we usually meet clients during their first cleaning to discuss any problem areas and get familiar with the home.

What is your cancellation policy?

We try to be flexible whenever possible. Individual circumstances may vary depending on scheduling and other factors.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, major credit cards, and checks.

Do you offer one-time or recurring cleanings?

We offer both options. If your home hasn’t been cleaned in over 30 days, we require a Deep Cleaning first. After that, you can schedule recurring Standard Cleans weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

What is your service area and do you charge for travel?

We provide residential cleaning throughout the greater Cincinnati area. Travel fees are generally not charged unless absolutely necessary, and we’ll communicate any costs in advance. If your ZIP code isn’t listed in our booking form, please contact us.
